From the moment you take your first breath, your Subconscious mind starts to look after you. It remembers all the pain that you've experienced, the stress that you've endured, and the pain that you felt when a loved one broke your heart.
Now the Subconscious part of your mind doesn't worry about the pain you're in, it's just happy to keep you alive. Weird, isn't it? Have you ever noticed when you try to do a certain different task, something always gets in your way, and you decide not to do that thing? This is your Subconscious mind stepping in and not wanting you to change.
You need a starting point. This is where you are currently, with an end result that you are working towards. It sounds simple and it is with a guide to support you. You need to learn to use your Superconscious mind. This is the part of your mind that is eager for change, whereas your Subconscious mind will always fight change....and is a formidable opponent. So, this is the lesson. It's a matter of focusing on the things you want, pulling away from your everyday life, and step by step working towards and achieving that. dreams
Where you are now -- to -- the new you.
Strong Mind Formula Academy is here to do just that -- to guide you on your path to success, by learning to work with your Superconscious.
When you think of your problems, your subconscious mind is happy and keeps taking you through these thoughts because as I've said, it's keeping you alive even though you may not truly be happy. It's not designed to change you. It's equivalent to dragging a bag of sand behind you constantly. Or like the phrase one step forward and two steps back.
Well, you aren't alone, as most people have a fear of failure with the possibility of making a fool of themselves which holds them back. Our Subconscious is happy to create the same experience. It is doing a great job at keeping us alive and ensuring our bodies are working but it doesn't want us to try new things.
If you are like me, you don't just want to survive, you want to live life to its fullest potential.
It takes courage to recognise your innermost calling! Let us help you to stop dragging that bag of sand and to start making your dreams a reality instead!
